Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required at the time Of booking to secure your appointment.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Payments & Refunds
- Deposits are non—refundable but may be transferable in certain cases at our discretion.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Packages and courses are non—refundable and non-transferable.
Treatment Results
- Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
- Our specialists will provide professional advice, but outcomes depend on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle. and aftercare.
- We are not liable for results that do not meet personal expectations.
Client Responsibilities
